Payment & Service Policies

Payments for digital products, subscriptions, event tickets, sponsorship packages, advertising placements, and consulting services are processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment providers.

By purchasing or engaging services through Ignite Mastery LLC, you agree to the following policies.

Digital Products (Systems, Templates, Downloads)

All digital product purchases are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not provided once access has been granted.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to review product descriptions prior to purchase.

Subscriptions (Guided Systems / Ongoing Access)

Subscription-based services are billed on a recurring basis as outlined at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Ignite Mastery LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue subscription offerings with reasonable notice.

Consulting & Advisory Services

Consulting and advisory services are billed as outlined in the proposal, agreement, or invoice.

Payment is due as specified. Work may not begin until payment is received.

All consulting and advisory services are non-refundable once delivered. This includes strategy, guidance, system development, and any related materials.

Ignite Mastery LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to financial performance, business growth, or operational results.

Events & Experiences

Ticket sales for events and experiences are final unless otherwise specified.

If an event is canceled by Ignite Mastery LLC, ticket holders will be notified and provided with available options, which may include rescheduling or refund.

Ignite Mastery LLC is not responsible for attendee-related issues including travel, accommodations, or other third-party expenses.

Sponsorships & Advertising

Sponsorship packages, advertising placements, and promotional services are non-refundable once confirmed and scheduled.

Deliverables, timelines, and placements are defined at the time of agreement.

Ignite Mastery LLC does not guarantee specific performance metrics, including impressions, engagement, or return on investment.

Payments & Billing

All payments must be made in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Ignite Mastery LLC reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect previously confirmed purchases or agreements.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Ignite Mastery LLC directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of access to products, services, or future engagement.

Modifications to Services

Ignite Mastery LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product, service, or offering at any time.

Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate material changes when applicable.
