By purchasing digital products, subscriptions, event tickets, sponsorships, advertising placements, consulting services, or engaging with any offerings provided by Ignite Mastery LLC, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Payment & Service Policies.

Services Offered

Ignite Mastery LLC provides consulting, event production, sponsorship programs, advertising placements, digital products (including systems, templates, and frameworks), subscriptions, and strategic advisory services. Certain offerings include ticketed live experiences and digital media placements.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize Ignite Mastery LLC to charge the provided payment method for the agreed-upon amount.

Events

Event details, including time, location, participating venues, and programming, are subject to change without prior notice.

Ignite Mastery LLC is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other external costs incurred by attendees.

Sponsorships & Advertising

Sponsorship packages, promotional placements, and advertising services are fulfilled according to the terms outlined in the applicable agreement or confirmation.

Consulting and advisory services are governed by the terms outlined in individual agreements or invoices.

Ignite Mastery LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to financial performance, business growth, or operational results.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, event formats, systems, templates, and program structures produced by Ignite Mastery LLC remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Use of Materials

Digital products, systems, templates, and materials provided by Ignite Mastery LLC are for individual or internal business use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, licensed, or shared without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Ignite Mastery LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in events, use of digital products, sponsorship agreements, or consulting services.

Modifications

Ignite Mastery LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services or purchases after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
